Bulbbul as a movie is lucky it got the best OTT platform possible with Netflix. So glad people are taking more notice of Tripti Dimri and Avinash Tiwary, more so Tripti with this film because it was her show all the way.

Unfortunately, their Laila-Majnu is only available on Zee5 so there’s a large audience which has missed it but it’s such a brilliant film. Where Bulbbul is Tripti’s film, Laila-Majnu belonged to Avinash.

They make such a rare beautiful & romantic onscreen couple with that old-world charm and the best thing is that they can ACT!

If you want outsiders to make it big then support actors like these two! Their followers are so low on social media, it’s a shame.

I agree with you. Haven't watch Bulbul yet but they were good in Laila Majnu. Hope, they get some good projects.

I just watched Laila Majnu and man, Avinash Tiwari blew me away. Just like Tripti, there's something about him that draws you in. He was so cute in the first half and man the second half he was so intense I had to skip some parts.

His voice is just pure MANHOOD ☺️

I haven't seen Laila Majnu. I want to. I will hopefully be a bigger fan of Avinash afterwards.

I have watched their recent interview. They aren't only good actors but very well spoken people. The kind of struggle they did especially Avinash who did 15 years of theatre and with no work on and off, and still they have that calm, patience, hopes to move forward, the positive attitude and the way they are handling it without any show off or anger. Hats off to them. They are my new favorites in the town. I really really wish them all the luck. Hope, all their struggle, perseverance pays off.

Laila Majnu wasn't hit that time but it did receive appreciation and recognition with time slowly and gradually. Bulbbul is already going good. ❤️

Agreed I watched both of their interviews. Very eloquent people! I couldn't believe how much research Tripti did on child marriages! These two can be role models for the rest of the youth in the country that through hard work, perseverance and genuine talent you can make it. I don't like Ekta but she did say that she only chose these two because they were the best suited for the part out of hundreds that she auditioned.

I don't like Ekta's shows now but Ekta has always given chance to new comers and keep giving them chances again and again.

Yes everyone in the industry has their pluses and minuses. But she too benefited from nepotism to an extent. But again it was just a start not a career served to her on a platter. Her brother got the same opportunities and couldnt seem to make it as far.
