Nah, I prefer Sunny and Amisha. Govinda would have been a bad choice. Sunny nailed the accent

Ameesha nailed this role, had she still focused on her acting rather than trying to change her image into a bad girl, then she could definitely make it big. Kajol could do good in this role too, but don't want to picturize anyone else other than Ameesha for this character.

But casting Govinda in the place of Sunny Deol's character is laughable.😆

I do not like Amisha's personality but she was good in Gadar

Sunny perfectly suited the role

Govinda is better in comedy movies where he is dancing

And Sunny was adorable with “Madamjee”.His dialogues are still so famous. And that pump ukhado scene.😆

Always found her to have a breathing problem in every movie she did😆. Maybe those were the roles offered to her.

She looked like out of place with those long out dated tresses of hers.

I think govinda could have done it , he is actually a good drama actor. His early 90 movies had him playing cop with vengeance and he was good in them

Kajol would have looked not so good in it.

From what I had read, Tara Singh's character was written with Sunny Deol in mind, there was nobody in the Industry who would have done this role better than Sunny Deol though Anil sharma did work a year before with Govinda in Maharaja. Anil Sharma has done most of his films with Deol family. I guess this news is false.

Why does he not take on roles where he plays the leads dad/older brother? Similar to what Kader Khan was for him in the 90's. That's surely...
