Dropped Sweet Muchies!
The guy pretending to be gay falling for the girl trope is uninteresting. I watched it to see more of the actual gay characters of the drama but it feels so wrong to watch the main lead pretend to be gay!
Sigghhh, if only ML was shown a gay character, I would have loved this drama cuz then it would have catered a solid gay storyline with grommet background!

Yay another HP fan! 🥳 Glad you picked up and liked it. I think we had a conversation over this show when it was on air!
[@Bold .. Most who have seen it have same exact reaction, HP black hole kinda drags you in without even realizing 🤣 (Barring very little select few I guess 😛)]
Agree. I was a bit reluctant due to the number of main leads but I am glad I watched it. HL is pure delight.❤️
It's one of the shows where I have hardly skipped any part. Can't wait for S2.
Finished watching,
When Camellia Blooms
The start was interesting but got boring towards the end as things became repetitive and there was nothing thrilling to the story. 20 episodes were really not needed for this story.
Don't Dare To Dream
It was a rather long show. Overall an average watch. Usually, 2nd leads are quite appealing in a love triangle but here 2nd lead was pretty boring. I was expecting more from MLs bonding but that bonding went for a toss since FL came into the picture.
King The Eternal Monarch
Loved it. Started watching it for Lee Min Ho and Woo Do Hwan was a complete surprise package. Loved their bonding. The cinematography was great. The only complaint I had with the show was its pace. After the first few episodes, you understand how things work. So, the show should have packed more twists and turns given how interesting the plot was. The same goes for the last episode. It was not as interesting as the trailer suggested. Disappointed with the last episode.
My Mister
Great show. I was about to quit it around episode 4 because I was not able to connect with any character. Almost all the characters of the show were miserable at some point or the other but I was not able to feel for any of the characters. As the show progressed I started getting involved in the story and the characters.
The bond between the main leads was pure and refreshing to watch. Glad they maintained the integrity of their relationship until the end without bothering to romanticize it. It's more on the serious side but a must-watch.
I am new to K-drama world. Recently completed 'Crash Landing On You' after learning about its hype.
I felt it was an okay show. Cinematography is amazing. Plus, production value is quite high. May be all k-drama have that but I am encountering it first as I am new to them.
The leads were very fine actors but that being said, I felt they lacked chemistry. I mean they looked blandwitheach other but may be that were just how the characters were written. I fast forwarded a lot of their scenes..... A LOT of their scenes
I was quite interested in the village-ladies and north-korean soldiers and their antics. They added a nice comic element to the show. Also, the dynamics between them was nice. Their acting was also pretty spot-on.
Also, I found South Korea scenes pretty boring so skipped them a lot. They were a lot stretched than deemed necessary.
*Spoiler*
I was seriously rooting for Seo Dan and Seung Jun. Felt so bad when he died especially when he wanted to be a better man for Seo Dan. I could feel the relief that he felt when he knew that someone was there to cry after his death. Also, I felt so bad for Seo Dan. Somehow, in all this she didn't get her due. The man she liked fell in love with someone else and the man she likes now, died. It left a desire that may be they should have got a bit more of screen time so that I could enjoy their good acting acting and good chemistry.
Overall watching this show an okay experience. But it raised the bar of Production values I expect from k-dramas. Also, I realised that I will be expecting good acting from the future K-dramas I watch as I felt all the actors in this show were quite good at what they do.
Finished watching,
Prison Playbook
Its a must-watch. It was so interesting that I never wanted it to end. All the characters were great. The plot was great with no unnecessary drama. Though the way it ended for Yoo Han Yang was disappointing. He was my most favorite character from the show. Though it was relatable, destroying his entire character arch in the last episode felt unfair to me. That twist was unwanted and heartbreaking.
Mr. Sunshine
It started on an interesting note but got boring as it progressed. It should have been wrapped up in 16 episodes rather than 24 episodes. No chemistry between leads and their love story seems forced. For me, FL's character was boring and irritating to an extend. I wanted to drop it around episode 9 but dragged myself though just for Go Dong Mae's character. Everything about him was interesting enough for me to keep watching. I wish there was more of Eugene, Dong Mae, and hee sung bonding.

This show is gold Episodes aired about 90mins which is more than my 60min threshold but I was never bothered coz those lovable characters kept me engrossed. Jung woo's backstory is my fav of all inmates, then han yang's. I cracked up and teared up throughout the show.
ETA - Watch 'Age of Youth season 1 & season 2', its one of my fav Slice of Life shows. You will love it.
Its Okay Not To Be Okay
1. Opening scene, the claymation prologue is really nice. Pretty much explains the theme of the show.
2. Seo Ye Ji is GOR-GE-OUS.
3. Cinematography is fantastic.
So far so good. 👍🏼
