He wants to bring to the attention that while 3 actors played a role in a movie, how is that one got the best actor nomination, and rest 2 were pushed to supporting role.

How did that happen, who made that decision, and how lobbying happened to make that decision.

It wasn't about him "wanting" a best actor nomination etc

It was about this pick and choose policy based on lobbying.

Everyone has their own interpretation of his post. He brings attention to the award segregating 3 actors on the basis of lobbying and that is unfair.

I am being civil, you should read whole post. I didn't said, he is complaining about not getting lead role nominations.

First of all it is very unfair of Abhay or anyone else to take advantage of Sushant's death and his tragedy and show their own bitterness. This is NOT the time, how difficult is it to process? Kangna, Abhay, Arijit, Abhinabh, and many more of these adults made a circus out of Sushant's death, they are trying to pour out their own stories when none of them actually feel anything about Sushant, they do not even probably realize that how tormented Sushant must have. Every person has their own struggle, trying to gain sympathy in this moment is just so disrespectful for the actor who is no more.

Secondly, Abhay WAS THE SUPPORTING CHARACTER in ZNMD, I do not understand that how someone expects to be nominated in Best Actor (Popular) Category when 1) He obviously had the supporting character when compared to Hrithik's 2) The category itself is about the actor who is more popular and whose name is at stake, like if this movie would have flopped, Hrithik would be blamed more than Abhay and Farhan.

Awards have beeb biased and silly over the past two decades, nothing in these award functions are genuine, so why bother? Nobody can remember ZNMD without taking Abhay-Farhan-Hrithik's name in the same line, just how 3 idots or even DCH is about the 3 prominent male characters, but ofcourse Aamir was the lead and that is not his fault at all.

I thought Abhay was intelligent but his over intelligence like deepika’s “repeat after me dp quotes” is making him sound stupid. The discussion is something else he’s taking it somewhere else and making it only about him and his awards. Didn’t someone give him the privilege of staring in socha na tha because when i saw him in that i kept wondering how weird he was in that and thought the director has balls to star him the film. Fun fact - the producer of socha na tha was dharmendra 😂

Nothing new Dil Chahta hai Aamir got best actor nomination Saif was reduced to comic role and Akshaye hardly got a nomination and if he did it was supporting actor!
