Everything is not a conspiracy. Both Sushant and Shraddha were helped by being part of YRF. Then when it was more profitable for them to break their contract and move on, they did.

Nobody is going to treat these actors like babies and hand them everything they want all the time. I mean someone is complaining Vaani only got 3 films as if that is some huge burden. Who says she is owed more?

Oh now suddenly contracts must be different angle but not for once would you say Aditya Chopra was burdening few and not others???

Aditya Chopra can do whatever he wants. When you agree to his terms and sign on the dotted line, you can't complain. Still, they were able to break their contracts and leave and do whatever they want. Adi didn't block them or prevent them from getting films after they left. They were not blacklisted or anything.

Why do you guys expect everyone to baby grown adults who are trying to make high flying careers? They agreed to contract terms and signed them because they wanted to work with YRF. End of. They are not your parents that they will keep on making allowances or change terms every time you want something else.

I'm not defending anyone in particular, just against the notion that there is an industry wide conspiracy theory against certain people's favorites and everyone is actively trying to destroy them. Also against the notion that everyone is owed everything and should always be pampered and given whatever they want. People are crying because someone like Vani didn't get more movies? Huh?

The very fact that she is not following Karan Johar speaks volumes about Shraddha as a person. Maybe she was following him before and unfriended him now. Maybe she was never following him. But fact remains, in both cases, she has shown that she has a spine.

Anyway, she is not part of the elite coterie club. She may be an insider, but a marginalized one. Her father never enjoyed prominent status in the industry, in fact people distanced themselves from him after the 2004 allegations of casting couch. He is not considered part of the elite club.

Why was she following him in the first place? Lord knows Karan has done everything to downplay her accomplishments.

Shraddha had it the worst even though she is a nepo kid because she is the daughter of Shakti Kapoor who pissed off the king of bullies Salman before she even debuted. I will never understand why people like to blame kids for their parent's mistakes. It is such a disgusting mindset but very prevalent in desi society. Nobody wanted to take her in their films for years. And even when she started doing well, plenty wanted to thwart her successes. She has come up the hard way. The fact that she also seems like a nice person is icing on the cake.
