You are free to call out his mediocre body of work not who he should cast and who he should not. It's his money he can do the damn he wants to do with it. Problem is he trying to interfere in other's line of work and snatch work from them. Drag him for it.

I don't watch KWK but I saw this clip of Ayushmann confessing this in front of KJO in KWK and KJo laughed it off.

But it’s us who faces the consequences of only having the option to go to the theatre to watch actors with mediocre if not worse looks, mediocre and overhyped talent, mediocre dance skills, and mediocre screen presence. We have every right to complain because we want more high quality entertainment. We also have to watch their mediocre interviews where they display a complete lack of intellect.

John once said he went to KJO office for work. He was offended that the only opportunity he received was to play Robby Kareena’s boyfriend in K3G. I don’t have much of a soft spot for John because he wasn’t very talented. Also he was arrogant and shoved common people around. He wasn’t a sweetheart like Ayushmann or Sushant Singh Rajput. But it seems like this wasn’t an isolated experience.

You are right, KJO has every right to put his money on stars he wants to, but the point here is he cannot sabotage others careers or play a part in manipulating the situation to favor the star kid he wants to promote.

That's the problem here and it does happen.

Take Salman for example, the music of Sultan was by Vishal Shekhar who made Arijit sing a song "jag ghoomiya", why does salmon has to interfere and put his foot down to get it replaced. He is not the producer of the movie, he is not the one involved in the music composing. why then????

He actively made sure Arijit got replaced only and only coz Arijit did not show him the "respect" he thought he deserved as he was "powerful". He made sure Arijit got replaced.

This is the kind of sabotaging people in power do.

Arijit was lucky that he was already popular and didn't get as affected as that sabotage but imagine if it was a newcomer or a new singer.
