Good looks is temporary. Sushant used to look really good in 2016-2017 period. I used to watch all his martial arts cum workout videos, he was too good.

The problem is people judge a celeb's looks throughout his/her whole career on how s/he looked in her/his debut film. Till there is an image makeover or huge success. And an outsider doesn't look as polished as an insider who has been doing skin treatment, spa, plastic surgeries since their parents made up their mind beta/i hero banega/i.

Ranbir is still called handsome despite looking haggard coz he was handsome when he debuted.
