Often times people feel like they've recovered but end up having relapses. They sometimes even stop taking their medication and that can lead to them feeling low again.

We all need to realize that we have no idea how people are truly feeling inside. People put on a brave face because they don't want the world to think they are weak. It takes a lot of courage to even admit that you have mental health issues because the world rarely understands. It's still a taboo. Even Deepika gets attacked constantly for it and called an attention seeker who is just faking it.

She may even still be dealing with it but it's hard to admit publicly. Maybe she's fully recovered. Who knows. But it doesn't hurt to be kind when you know this has been an issue at some point.

It doesn’t hurt to be kind...Period! No strings need to be attached to this really...But at least on this day, it would’ve been heartening to see everyone coming together and mourning the one who left so soon without indulging in mudslinging and passing the blame game...But alas...it was not to be...And that’s how it rolls I guess!

Sorry to offend anymore, it's good to be kind to everyone and everyone is dealing with life in different ways. I just think her post should've included thoughts or messages about the person, it's very insensitive to just talk about yourself but that's just my opinion. I don't know what she is going through but mental illness is not a joke, it's a serious thing and only lucky ones survive from it, there are others who don't.

This thread is so distasteful and stupid.

One... There is nothing wrong with SRKs tweet. Even a non fan(of SSR) like me knew that he loved SRK.

Two... Why is everyone trolling DP over this msg that she posted. Dude, a person has died please thoda sharam karo and keep your hatred for her aside for a day. All she said is that shes gone through these feelings so she's knows what it must have felt like....so everyone must seek help and help another in need. How else was she suppose to word it. If I had gone through depression and therapy and found out that another person I know died because of it even I would say that listen I know the feeling so please everyone help each other.

Stop making a JOKE of other people's mental health just because your webmd version of the illness doesn't fit with how the other person is dealing with it. It doesn't fu*king matter if she had depression for a season, for a month or for a day. She still had it... She still went through. She she came out a stronger person. She deals with trolls like you everyday and still pushes through.

It's shit like this that really leads to people taking extreme measures.

i don't see anything wrong in that

i have an appointment with a psychiatrist tom and i feel liberated to openly say it at home..something i might have hesitated to say a year or 2 ago..and who ever in anyway has made it a bit less of a taboo..i salute the person..what deeps might have gone through..we never know..but her speaking so openly about it..has definitely in many ways helped de-stigmatize the taboo around it..and i only see it as a good thing..

SSR's case only shows us the dark truth..how alone and vulnerable we can be despite appearing totally normal on the outside..we as a society failed him..only waking up to be nice to him or being there for him after he is no more

for our ownself..these people we bully..and are right now..we never know how hurt they might be from inside and we did the same to SSR all through out..only to realize how harsh we were after they leave..check this for all the ones who left us..if only our warmth arises for once when people are still alive..they may not have left us

At least they commented something. The likes of Kriti Sanon, Ankita who actually dated him couldn’t even write 1 line

Right now what you are doing is exactly what those trollers do. Give trollers, haters a platform to bash the people, mock them for things they didn't intend to, making a big deal out of something that didn't mean any harm.

Please stop over analysing things, if you want change, start from yourself.
