Cant agree more!
Sucide isn't how they say losers and coward, it takes more courage to do so( I'm not supporting or encouraging)
Just imagine how they been through to take such decisions!
Sleepless nights, unwanted feeling more and more!
It's tuff for them to take such decisions!
Easy to compare and advice them but being in their toes feels the world upside down!
I've seen some people advise the depressed people as "It happens" ,"everyone goes through this","move on".
Goddamn please , these are the words they don't want to listen! Infact don't have to say anything just listen and give them a comfort pat or hug and let them know that you are there for them! Makes sense a lot!
"Be kind to all whoever we meet" atleast these are the small things can be done by humans!
Even I dont support it but suicide isnt a cowardly thing
Not many people have that much strength to do that
Its hard on them too because even they want to be happy
Even I hate it
When people advice the depressed person that "Its okay many go throught"
"Its just a phase. Afterwards you will be fine"
"You are just feeling like that it isnt actually depression"
Like listen people you dont know what they are feeling and due to such people the person in depression doesnt even want to get genuine help in fear of being misunderstood
I havent ever been depressed but I can certainly say this
Just make that person feel wanted and loved
And see the effect
A person who is depressed doesnt need anything except someone saying that they care for them
They dont need words even small gestures give them will to live
