Who can do justice to it in BW?

Sanya Malhotra would be great for Natalie's character, she has the acting chops and dance skills.

Esha Gupta, Randeep Hooda and Neena Gupta for the supporting cast.

Natalie/Nina : Tara (her being a ballet dancer works to her advantage)

Lily/Mila : Nushrat

Thomas : Aditya Roy Kapoor/Prateik Babbar (dude's really talented and he deserves more roles in Bollywood)

Beth/Winona : Karishma or Madhuri (after attaining the physique)

Erica (Nina's mom) : Tabu

I like your choices but not Nushrat. She looks too innocent.

Nushrat did a good job in SKTKS. She could look grey if she wants to. Even Illeana would do justice, her role in Baadshaho was pretty grey.

But then the problem is that whoever plays the role of Lily has to be in the same age range as Tara since Natalie and Mila are very close age wise...and no one I know from the early 20s list can play it imo.

It's an erotically charged scene, Nina definitely fantasizes about Lily.. instead of chemistry Kangana would eat alive her co-star and she does not have the seductress charm either 😈

Kangana would be good in this movie
