Initially 1,2,3 were instant selects..to Madhuri songs... but Sridevi songs at 1,2,3 were good as well. But more so because of singer factor... those are Lata songs(2,3) come on, She is Queen of melody❤️ And she got 1,6th because of Kavita Krishnamurthy.

Only one where i was confused was 7th.

I think it would be interesting to try and separate the singer factor (not just for Madhuri and Sridevi), but even then, when one takes into account actresses' acting and dancing in songs, to be honest, they are still not entirely their songs - so much depends on the choreography and the blocking/directing, and how "singable" the song is on its own. I even doubt whether the songs in this thread are entirely comparable, though the OP explained the criteria very convincingly.

As much as I adore Sri..I’m quite biased when it comes to Madz..just like a few Sri fans.I love all Madhuri’s songs..thanks to her expressions.
