This country was built on racism....it started with the native Americans, then African Americans....and it obviously still thrives today...the foundation was on racism. Now I'm not saying all americans are racist...that's obviously not true because if that were the case, my family and I would not be here today. But there are too many people not speaking up or not realizing their privilege. If you are a bystander, you are also the part of the problem.

But i feel that even when a "common person" gets power, they also become corrupt or selfish not always but I've seen this happen in some political scenarios
