I m not sure how much to trust this lady but even without any source i had said this long back that u cannot sign a show contract overnight ..she must hv signed it months before bec it takes time to conceptualise once the contract is signed ..

Agree with you... A show cannot be conceptualised and produced in 2-3 weeks. It takes months... Maybe they started the discussions around the time Sid was away and continued discussing/working on that throughout the season....

The main issue i guess is that shehnaaz probably was not given the full picture of what it was all about but she trusted colors as its a national TV channel and she was desperate to continue working.
