They probably can if buses are able to do it ( also there are going to less people willing to travel in airplane unless they really have to be somewhere). Wait for a few days try to see if people share their experience while traveling by airplane then make your decision.

Yes will have to keep an eye on all services.. but ultimately will have to go.

I think they have not allowed private cabs for interstate travel or maybe one will need to apply for Private pass first. This is the safest option though. :)

Non-ac on usual times takes the longest..more stops on the way. But maybe this time stopages maybe not happening.

Flights would take 1-2 hrs. Shortest.

Lag to yehi Raha hai.. can't take all stuff in one go.

Non-ac bus doesn't have enough space.

Ac-bus will allow me to take 70-80% of my stuff.

Flights Mai to alag se Paisa Dena padega luggage ka.

If private vehicles are allowed I think one time expensive option but can take maximum luggage in one go.
