Well abduction isn't good. But that wasn't uncommon then. It was an accepted form of marriage. Post marriage the girls were into their husbands, were raised to think that the husband will and can do what they want


This can not be compared to the r**e attempt towards an unmarried maiden

Krishna had a habit of rescuing women is all I'll say.
