Someone like Aditi rao hydari, she looks very feminine. Also Aishwarya rai.

Features can be very sharp and yet exude femininity: Ash, Sonam, Deepika are good examples. Shraddha & Tara also fall under this category.

By "softness" I think what people mean is looking feminine.

Because I dont know in what world would people call Aishwarya's features "soft".
