An Impressive Update

I totally admired Raman for coming to Ishita and advising her

as he is someone that can understand her situation

his advice will be perfect

I liked that he said she is giving Aditiya false hope and making him believe

his father loves him when his father actually don't care

waiting to see more of Raman and Ishita running into each other

hopefully becoming good friends

07. ʜᴇʀ ᴜʟᴛɪᴍᴀᴛᴇ ᴅᴇᴄɪꜱɪᴏɴ...!!!

Ishita walked inside the room and saw Aditya was playing with his cars, seeing his mother entering, he jumped off from the bed, "Mumma, see..!! Chitti gifted me this car." Ishita simply smiled at her son while multiple thoughts were running into her mind.

Taking a deep breath, she looked at Aditya calling him, "Adi.."

"Yes mumma.." She lifted her in her arms and sat on the bed while she made him sit on her lap. "What's wrong mumma?" He asked placing his tiny hands on her both cheek.

Ishita handed him a card, he opened it, on which written, 'I'm sorry Adi.. Mumma loves you..!!'

Aditya looked at his mother who looked down in guilt. "Mumma, I know, it was you who gave me cards and gifts on papa's behalf."

Ishita looked at him shocked, as she had no idea from where Aditya got to know this.. "Mumma, is it bothering you? That you were lying to me?"

She pulled him in her embrace crying. "Don't cry mumma." He parted from her and wiped her tears.

"But.. How.. How do you know all these..?" She asked.

"Mumma, I know your hand-writing." He said making her shocked. Ishita caressed her son's face lovingly and kissed on his forehead crying.

"Actually Adi.. I and papa.." She sobbed but controlling her emotions, she confronted him. "See.. Like you and bunty sometimes had a fight.. Like this, I and papa had a fight."

"I know mumma." He murmured. Ishita again gets shocked that how many things her son hide from her. "Mumma, I saw papa fighting with you. Mumma.. Papa doesn't love us." He looked down upset.

"No baby. He loves you."

"No. Mumma, I hide something from you. I called papa yesterday but he talked with me rudely, he told me that he doesn't care about us, he doesn't love us anymore." He cried, she hugged him while her anger arise. Ishita could bear anything but when it comes to her son, if ANYONE.. Hurts him, she can't tolerate it.

"Baby, look.." Ishita made him face her, she wiped his tears saying, "Mumma loves you a lot. And Adi.. If mumma ask you something today, will you give me that?" He nodded. "From now don't call papa, okay.. Adi.. You're big boy now.. You should know what's happening in your life. Mumma papa aren't going to be together ever, and it is the fact. You have to accept it."

"Mumma, you loves me. I know you'll not leave me ever like papa. I promise, I won't call him ever. You're my everything mumma. I love you." He hugged his mother.

After Aditya fall asleep, Ishita went outside her apartment and sat in the lawn, she was remembering Aditya words that he knew everything about his parents but didn't share it with her. "Adi.. He hid so much pain inside him but didn't bother to say anyone." She cried when she remembered Aditya saying, he called his father who misbehaved with him. She picked her phone and dialled his number angrily. "Pick up the call Subhu..!" She gritted her teeth.

After few rings, he received the call, "Ishita I.." But before he could say anything, she yelled at him, "Listen Mr. Subramanyam.. I didn't call you to beg anymore. Subhu.. All these days I was living with a hope that you'll mend our relation one day but whatever you had done yesterday. I will not forgive you for that. How dare you to hurt my son? Aditya is my life.. If you ever.. Mean it Ever.. You try to hurt him, I will not tolerate. Remember that?" Saying this she was going to cut the call but paused saying, "... And yeah..! Next time we will meet in court, as I am signing in our divorce papers." Saying this she cut the call and took a deep breath of relief as she has quite light after bursting on him.

Ishita turned to leave and saw Raman standing and looking at him impressed. "Jhansi ki rani." He murmured with a chuckle and walked inside his apartment.

Ishita was standing in her room balcony holding the divorce papers in her hand. She reminisced her marriage with Subhhu but at the same time, she remembered about his cheating. Taking a deep breath, Ishita kneel down and keeping the paper on the table, she signed on it.

She again went to the edge side and was watching the sky as she felt so relief after a long time but when suddenly she saw her marriage ring. She remembered Raman saying, "You should thrown the things which are burden on you." Without having another thought, Ishita took off the ring from her finger, placing the ring on her divorce papers, she walked inside and settled beside her son for a peaceful sleep.

"Ishu akka.. I'm so happy for you. Finally you took the right decision." Mihika hugged Ishita happily once she showed her divorce papers to Mihika.

"Hmm.. I had to do it before." She murmured.

"By the way akka, which made you take such decision so easily?" As Mihika asked, Ishita remembered her conversation with Raman and replied, "Someone made me realise my mistake."

"Nice..!"

"Anyways.. Let it be.." Ishita said shrugging off the unwanted topics. "You have to do a work for me." Mihika raised her eye brows, Ishita continued, "You have to search for some best schools for Adi.. I have to admit him."

"Okay akka.. I'll do that."

"Thanks.. Okay, I'll see you later." Ishita gets up from her sit to leave.

"Ishu, where are you going so early?" Her mother walked in asking.

"Amma, I have an interview in a company. I told you I resigned." She made her mother remember. Taking her blessings Ishita left saying, "Please take care of Adi.."

Ishita walked down from her apartment and saw Ruhi was playing with other kids. "Aiyo murugan.. Kaise family hai.. Subha subha bachhe ko khelne chhodh diya." (Oh god.. What kind of family are they..! They let the kid play early.) She thought disappointed but as she was getting late, Ishita was about to take her car from her parking space when she saw a car was coming towards Ruhi who was playing in the middle of the road.

"Ruhi..." Ishita called her out but as she was engrossed in playing, she didn't pay any attention while she saw car was moving fast.

Without thinking anything, Ishita ran to Ruhi and when the car was inches apart, she pulled Ruhi aside, injured herself in her forehead and hand.

"Ishita aunty.." Ruhi quickly went to Ishita and helped her to stand. "Aunty.. Are you alright?"

"Are you alright Ruhi?" She asked caressing Ruhi's face. "You should have been so careful. Why are you playing here so early? Don't you know it's a busy time, people around in the society leaves for their respective works in this time." She scolded her.

"Oye...!!" Simmi walked in shouting as she saw Ishita scolding Ruhi. "How dare you to talk to my Ruhi like this?"

"Simmi, she was about to get injured." Ishita politely replied.

"Listen, just because we were so nice with you on Lohri occasion, don't think that we become friends, okay?" Simmi yelled showing her finger at Ishita.

Ishita didn't like Simmi's attitude towards her. "Look Simmi.. I'm talking with you politely, so behave." She warned.

"Ahhh..! Now will you teach me how to behave?" She mocked with sarcasm.

Meanwhile hearing chaos from outside Mrs. Bhalla and Raman walked down and went to them and saw Ruhi crying. Raman went to Ruhi and picked her in his arms. "Bhai see.. How dare she..! She was scolding Ruhi as if she's her mother.." Raman didn't say anything and noticed Ishita's head and hand was bleeding while Simmi was continuously bad-mouthing her.

"Enough, Simmi." Raman yelled and looked at Ruhi asking, "Ruhi, you tell me, what happened here?" As Ruhi narrated the incident, Raman glared at Simmi for mistaken Ishita. "Simmi, this lady saved our Ruhi and you're continuously bad-mouthing her. That's not accepted from you."

"But bhai.." She was trying to defend herself.

"If she scolded Ruhi, she did right.. And how could you be so careless? Ruhi came here with you. How could you leave her alone here? And instead of accepting your fault, you're blaming her." Raman scold her and defend Ishita.

"Bhai, you're shouting on your sister for that lady?"

"No, I'm just trying to show you what is right or wrong, that's it."

Disappointed Simmi, left from there while Mrs Bhalla looked at Raman saying, "You shouldn't talk like this with her." She also left from there.

"I'm sorry Mr. Bhalla, I should have know my limits. Ruhi, I'm sorry." Apologizing to them, Ishita was going to leave when Raman called her, "Ishita?" She turned at him. "Your hand is bleeding badly. Ruhi, go and bring the first aid box from my room. Come with me."

"No, it's okay." She denied.

"I said come." He forcefully dragged her inside holding her hand.

They were sitting in the lawn when Ruhi gave him first aid box and left them alone. "Thoda jalega.." (It will burn slightly.) Giving a alert to her, he applied antiseptic on her wound when she hissed in pain. "I'm sorry Ishita on Simmi's behalf. I know, she shouldn't talk with you like this."

"It's okay Mr. Bhalla. I know your family doesn't like us." She replied politely.

"But still you did a lot for Ruhi.. You put your life in danger to save her.."

"If my son Adi would be at Ruhi's place, you would have done the same, isn't?" She asked very gently looking into his eyes when they shared an eye lock, they could feel the care for their kids in each other's eyes..! Suddenly Raman's hand touched her wound, she ached in pain and their eye lock broke.

"Thank you." Ishita replied looking away while Raman raised his eye brows at her. "For this dressing." She smiled.

"Thanks to you too. For saving Ruhi's life." She smiled and they left for their respective works.
