What we learn in school here may not be enough to be proficient in any Foreign languages if you don't add true additional effort? I couldn't go any far in Mandarin so I learned Latin.

True, I agree tbh I was just trying to fulfill my foreign language requirement for my Gen-ED classes and move on with my life lol

I can understand and read Sanksrit but my Sanskrit knowledge of speaking and writing is limited to basics. I studied Sanskrit for just 3 years that too as a half language along with hindi😆

@Isa @Alina I agree many times basics taught in school aren't enough for learning a language.
