Even though i like his recipes. I do not admire his way of cooking. He does not wash his hands after touching poultry or any meat which is very necessary and many such things that I have noticed in his shows. I am sorry guys I just had to mention this.

Yuck, all the chefs on Food Network in US wash their hands after handling raw meat and poultry!

they dont have time to show it all.. When they have stuff like marinating for 2 hours and baking for 20 min they cant show it also .. so viewers have to understand it themselves. It is like we are asking him to how to turn on the gas etc... 😆

Because like Chef Sanjeev Kapoor only has 30 mins to cook 3 dishes and 1 tip soo i understand the situation and maybe they take breaks and then he washes his hand maybe... 😊 😊
