Yeah I was talking to a doctor about the second wave yesterday and he said we can't prevent it but we can control how severe it will be by taking the correct precautions
S/he is exactly correct...we can't stop anything completely as it's in our system so severely but we can control the outcome. I'm not asking to place people indefinitely inside but prior to reopening, we need more testing, screening, antibody testing, and keep maintaining social distancing and wearing the mask for God's sake.
