GOT is more in lines of Mahabharata. Succession struggles. Plannings plotting killings etc

But I compared because GOT was till date the highest watched show, and our show surpassed it by miles

Yeah there are multiple reasons for this high TRP

Main thing is people of the entire country are in lockdown

And those who follow Ramayan are the last ones to break lockdown rules n roam around ..they will rather obey the administration’ n sit at home n watch Ram .

Secondly all homes have TV with DDnational which is free free free 🤣🤣🤣

GOT is Game of Thrones, it was hugely popular (still is) and its finale raked in 19.3 million viewers..but Ramayan in reruns did muuuuch more than that 😆😆

And G.O.A.T means Greatest Of All Time. It could be anything or anyone, just the greatest. Hope that clears things for you 😊
