People from fraternity attended Irrfans funeral as well. Tigmanshu Dhulia, Vishal Bharadwaj, Rajpal Yadav , Kapil Sharma, Mika .These were people who were probably close to Irrfan personally. Even in Rishi kapoors case it’s mostly his family and /or someone who’s extremely close ( bachchans ). A lot more people would have turned up for Irrfan too had it not been for the lockdown. Besides it’s the family that decides who all can turn up at this time, a maximum of 16 or 20 people , not sure. I’m sure they would like only close ones present.

They all live together . But have separate wings in the house so not a problem. Jaya has been in Delhi since lockdown.

Natasha Nanda was in the list of the 20 people who attended . She’s been living with the bachchans for a while too . Abhishek represented the Bachchans. He’s close to Ranbir I guess.

I was anticipating someone making this comparison. Irrfan ke liye bhi uske dost aaye the. Rishi's entire family is in show business so all his relatives and well wishers are stars isliye lag raha hain ke he's had more visitors since we know most of them.

Even if they are in the same house they probably have separate floors , maybe abhishek has to quarantine himself for some days after this, not sure.

But pretty sure they would have a reason to attend the funeral, must be close . If they got permission from the authorities we are no one to judge them.

It's all so sad, for a man who lived his life with so much grandeur , to have a handful of people to bid farewell.

Rishi and Big B are the best of friends. Ranbir and Abhishek are childhood friends. Both Bacchan and Kapoor family are not just close but also related through Shweta. If they won't go, who will?
