Mahabharat is very deep, way deeper than I had imagined. A lot of patience is required while reading it and only then can we do some amount of justice to this great treasure-house. The more deeper I go, the more I realize that I have reached just on the surface and a plethora of layers are yet to be peeled. I now realize that even three or four readings will not help me grasp the philosophy, life and spirituality that it propounds. But I am convinced that the effort to read it even once is worth it. The thing is that we are too quick to make judgements while we constantly needs to strive to let it soak in us. There are many yet one meaning behind each and every symbol or object that finds a place in it.
