Well, in the other threads we are already talking about how Niyog can be considered to be a form of artificial-insemination and Gandhari's kids can be considered an example of IVF babies.

So, why not just go ahead and discuss all aspects of it? 😃

I am really interested to know what you guys think of the "divine astras" they used. If they could be compared with any modern weapon, and if yes, then how! 😃

I don't think more destructive, but defo. their effects are different.

Like say Atom Bomb and Bio-warfare. Both are equally destructive but different in nature.

I've always wondered how did the chakra work actually? Was it a boomerang or just a really fast lattoo?

I read a Bengali book called "Mahabharata er Swargadevata" where they mention Yudhisthir's chariot not touching the ground was maybe a hovercraft.

Quite interesting to think.

And the book also makes the observation that probably Kunti's Mantra to call the Gods could be simply a mobile phone.

It's fascinating to think about those things.😊

Another modern book "The Mahabharata secret" ( this one's a thriller, not non-fiction and practically copies Dan Brown's style of writing😆) had mentioned about the Sudarshan Chakra . He said that it was a fast moving serrated disc. Extremely sharp points formed this Chakra.

I think he even drew his imagination of the Chakra.

How did that seerated disk start moving tho? There has to be some force in the beginning to keep it in motion na?

The hovercraft thing is smart, so did it just get damaged of it's own or somebody did something after he told the lie?
