Abir uses this question to make mishti talk for herself, he sacrifices that for her self respect... he asks if she did this n she says no n explains that she can never do that to her family... bp supports mish n abir says mishti has said she didnt do so she didnt do no one should point a finger at her after this.... he promises to find the actual culprit... he trusted her but then if she just walks out then they will get an opportunity in future to point a finger at mishti again so only he sacrificed his question to prove mishti right infront of family... For her self respect n to stop everyone from pointing at her n also for mishti to speak up n take a stand for self... only after abirs this question mishti speaks her heart out...
