In her controversial tweets, Kangoli were calling for capital punishment of some violent Covid patients (Jamaatis) and their liberal media apologists. She was always targetting some criminals only, the distinction between those few and all others could be seen. Now these liberals have every right to report her since they were the actual potential targets of her controversial tweet, certainly not all the Muslims like they are trying to portray. They are pitting Kangoli against an entire community, though the offensive nature of Kangoli's tweets and agenda didn't help matters and Rangoli would have been suspended anyway.
Hypocrites calling out other ones.
Arfa Khanum’s tweet on April 3rd on Tablighis.
“..Tablighis aren’t d most progressive people in India.Rather v orthodox &rigid. But I refuse 2believe thy’ll harass doctors or molest women.I know them as selfless individuals who leave materialistic world, even their families in service of religion/societyStop the propaganda NOW!..”
Rifat Javed’s tweet on the same day
“.. What Tablighi Jamaat did was utterly irresponsible. I've known #TablighiJamaat from closer quarter. They can be rigid and orthodox on certain issues but I am not prepared to believe that they could misbehave with women. This is a dangerous propaganda to malign them and Muslims..”
They kept saying, Tablighis should not be used as a generalised term for all Muslims. Yet, when somebody called out certain people as terrorists, they generalised it for entire Muslims.
Anyway, not supporting Rangoli. I don’t think she used crude words in the heat of the moment. (Many people would have used the words, ”saalonko golise udaana chaahiye”, off the record, under different circumstances, without literally meaning it). But Kangoli’s every move is calculated. She knew what she was doing, when she tweeted.
She was not meaning genocide. But she wanted to blame a community. Get martyred (online) in the process and gather new bunch of supporters, crying victimhood. I am amazed, how people fall for her tactics every time.
