yes the lead couple need to click in all aspects...age, looks, acting ..then we viewers really appreciate them.. unless the show warrants it...where it is a older man and younger woman...then I suppose we would understand . We are watching barrister babu at the moment,,.and the FL is a child..because sheâs meant to be 8 years old...shes saved from being killed during the sati ritual by an early 20s young man,..and he has to marry her to save her life...So we understand thatâs whatâs required for the story...and we are enjoying the rapport of the lead couple ...their conversations and the way he protects her,. . but in shows and movies where actors in their 40s and 50s are pretending to be in the 20s or 30s and romancing young women/girls ..sometimes under 20..then lol..it doesnât come across well through that screen,.đOriginally posted by: Surilikoyal
Same here Indirađđź.My sister used to watch Patiala Babes on Sony.My sister urged me to watch the show.I had watched 1epi or so.I quite don't like young actresses opposite old actors.It does'nt click with me that much.Even tu ashiqui(colors) I used to watch they did the same.They took Jannat nd then the viewrs requested to changed the FL as she was too young opposite ML
I suppose itâs good for SRJ to be In patiala babes ..as itâs a modern and different role from the mythological roles heâs played...sometimes these actors get type casted where they tend to get the same type of roles ..e.g. Himanshu soni from Buddha. Iâve only seen him in mythological roles...he played Ram in Luv Kush ..no prob yaar
