Prerna is in a mess. The mess created by her thoughts, her feelings, her hope, and her fear. She doesn't know whether she should be happy to know that Rishabh and Kukki here and she saw them or to fear about losing them forever. And her mind asked a valid question, why so much worry now when she never cared about it some months back when Anurag is around her. What is her priority if Anurag will be back. And Menaka being in the picture worsen her thoughts. Seeing her reaction looking at their photo, it's clear that she doesn't know what she wants or what she should do now.

Prerna saw them again without their knowledge again. How many such meetings you are planning now. Though she got to listen that Rishabh would not let Menaka back in his life, she also got to know he regrets letting Prerna in his life seeing Kukki still considering Prerna as her mom and seeing how still Kukki craves for her after all these months. He understood just like him, his daughter may also live without a mother💔😭, but atleast Kukki has her father. She is shattered listening to his words, realizing she left Kukki for a different life which she never got and now both her babies are not with her. She lost everything because of her own decisions.

No surprises she is sick after all the emotional turmoil. And even in the hospital, she gets to listen about Bajaj and Kukki. She got to know what happened to Kukki and again she is guilty thinking she left the kid. And it's true living without one of the parents is tough and troublesome for the kid. So true na, Kukki has both her moms but both failed her. I agree with Veena, Prerna should make a decision whether to stay here or not.

So, she decided to leave thinking that Menaka would be back in Bajaj/Kukki's life, why I am not surprised. She thinks destiny brought her here to watch them, to know about them but not meet them. She met Menaka too. Interesting, Menaka is ready to wait and is sure to get what she deserves as she thinks she deserves them. And Prerna thinks she doesn't deserve them. Now we need to see what destiny has in store for both the ladies and Bajaj/Kukki.
