I know I am no person to give advice, but if you visit my gallery in IF which I started years ago (I don't post there anymore) you'll find pukeworthy edits. Just start with a software you like either in Phone or PC, I had photoshop then in my PC so I started doing in it. It do get better with time. I have improved a lot, but I still have so much to improve.

To do it, you can take helps from these countless tutorials in internet or even ask people who do edits help and somethings you will learn on your own😊 I also learned by my own. So to do them, just start.
