Exercise - am doing little bit. Diet - well well I am eating 🤔little bit

Hot water and lemon - i can't drink due to my health issue. MY throat is big problem. Ive take care alot of my throat, else mera ticker to heaven/hell is ready.

Stress🤔- well hair is white, dark circles, I am only person in the world who is getting pimples along with wrinkles 🤔

Task - My kids behave like a contestants of Big boss, koi task do, end result is fight.

Meditation - 🤔Hope you know about my meditation problem. Experts gave me suggestion not to do it alone at all.

MY weight issue is mainly because i had a surgery last year, one of the disadvantage of that surgery is weight gain.

I am problematic and lazy person in short😃

I may have heard Dekh bhai Dekh name.. but can't be for sure.

From DD I can remember Shaktimaan, Shrimaan Shrimati, Tehkhikaat, Jaspal Bhatti Show, Rangoli, Shanti, Chandrakanta - don't remember other names though

Well currently i am doing 14-15 hours fasting

Gluten free food

Green tea - stopped it due to health reason

and so on.

My kids are not small - my son is almost 9 and half year old . So He will not run like a baby rather, Ive to kick his bump to move his body from one room to another.

Same goes to my daughter - whole day playing with dolls and fighting with amil.

I don't like this current life anymore. Lockdown in house. It sucks.

Its not that we are going out everyday. But this restrictions giving me jail type feeling.

Lucky you - loosing weight easily doesn't happens with everyone

I'm actually very cautious to open social media, its all hate every where. Let it be India, Australia or any other sites which I regularly visit. People blaming each other & what not.. wish people go back to their regular life, too much free time has brought all the hate out.
