1. Communication

Agree ... when i brought this point up all i meant was let mishbir SPEEk when needed 😊 choppy and non connecting scenes just takes off the charm, Uru has put that point more beautifully 😊

Some things need to be completed n communicated.... like the shivratri sequence... where Mishti is not even seen asking how he is and suddenly all focus is on kuhu

if communication is improved I think the rest two will follow automatically

definitely MishBir cannot he compared😊thry are one unique gem 😊

Thanks for liking🤗. I was concerned people might think I am against Misbir.😳

Yes communiction is essential...I really miss their talks, those private moments when it was just the two of them. Now they have a room and cannot be in it together to even talk!😆. I can only say it is building up to something big. It is not a good writing technique, to create misunderstanding for long, but utilised a lot in shows. This is because the characters can only see from their own POV but we the viewers see everything...but still uggh, everytime I think of that last episode!😡😆 ...anyway, in a 20min episode we only get to see a miniscule moment of their life, so to get to communication or even a reasonable point often takes at least anywhere from 5-10days. If you can, try to watch the shows in batch, trust me a lot of things then start making sense as you see the a bigger slice of the story then a mere 20min.

I totally agree with the choppiness of the characters actions/reactions. So mishti not even asking abir how he is feeling is totally weird. I thought Mishti would cry, say "I was so worried about you"...not a thing!😲...but I had given up on getting a good action/reaction after their engagement when a chandelier falls, the Mahs including mishti goes home and no talk between her and Abir about it.😲 That is when I realised things were changing direction including the characters. I mean all the foreshadowing and hints were established from the leap...both had changed, their broke up had changed them fundamentally and they will never be the old Mishbir who trusted in love alone. This new Misbir know that love is fragile.

Edited to add: I had to dash of to deal with somethng, so as I want to add the followng to the above....

Communication is key to every relationship. So going back to that last episode, I do not want to see Misbir making eyelocks, having signature songs come on, slow dreamy walk into each other's arms and then do romance or heaven forbid have the SR, even if Abir says it was his plan all along to get rid of KuKu so he went with them, came back for her to have some alone time.

That won't wash with me. Because, for however long he was away for, he made Mishti feel abandoned. That struck at her core wound and he really needs to go all out to explain and beg her forgiveness even if it is to press a kiss on her hand. Otherwise his character has been tarnished. He never left her alone as her boyfriend but as her husband he did. He prioritised someone else's needs above hers...why? there has to be a compelling reason.

I also do not want to see Mishti compromise, fearing losing Abir or his love., We have been shown time and time again that she is strong, capable of walking strong even when her heart is shattered to pieces. So I want to see her be strong here and wait out Abir.

Kuku - I know this thread is not about them, but even they need to talk! Second marriage for them both and they act like everyone else in the world is more important then themselves. I think these two need to talk more than Mishbir, who at least have a core understanding of one another.

kuku fans, not interested in a debate, just airing my own gripes about the lack of communication! I mean goodness, everyone needs to talk in that show the Mahs, the RV and any other poor sod who comes in!🤣🤣...I think on a scale, the RVs are better at talking then the Mahs, whose speciality seems to be brushing everything unpleasant under the carpet and I am saying this cos I love them...!🤣😈

The show was marketed as a story of Mishti with Abir as her partner and as per the montage and opening sequence, Mishti and Abir were/are the supposed leads.

Then there are of course many other important characters without whom the show wouldn't be possible.

Leading up to Mishti And Abir's wedding, the show was centered mainly around their love story and it's various stages. Of course there were many other stories in parallel, including the parallel leads love story, but they were all one way or the other geared around the leads' story and were not explored in fine detail like the main story.

And since I am a visual person, this is how I would represent the above😆

(forget the technicalities of actual tracks, imagine the middle two straight lines as the main story and all the other tracks intersecting them as the parallel stories)

High Angle View Of Crisscross Railroad Tracks At Railway Station ...

Right about the time of MishBir wedding, the show's center has drastically shifted from that to a single character's insecurities and how everyone either suffers the consequences of the actions arising out of those insecurities or ignores them for the greater good of humanity.

So now all parallel stories revolve around this new anchor. And we get the stories of two brothers, two sisters, Ma-beta, saas-bahus, jethani-devrani, jeth-devrani, devar-bhabhi...

You name it and we got it - every story except the original story of MishBir! They are lost in the new center...

So post the leads wedding the show looks like this.

Now it's entirely a different matter that the leads had far greater hardships in childhood to have far greater insecurities... but I guess they are not worth exploring in detail.

It's like Mishti says, Mature hona hi ek punishment ho gayi hai!

Note:

And while we are on the subject, I want to clarify something:

Why assume MishBir fans are shallow, stupid and just want MishBir romance all day long?

Why assume they are not interested in the story as a whole?

Why assume they are not interested in other characters or their stories?

The bottom line is MishBir fans have primarily signed up for this show to see the story of Mishti and Abir. So if they don't get to see it at all, rest all doesn't matter. It's as simple as that!

But somewhere it's going out of balance and that's why this post is made

You might me enjoying this phase , but honestly the dramatic overdose is killing the fun for me ...😆 I really expected some light hearted moments

We aren't saying that communicate the issues and difuse meenu's plans immediately 😆 We are saying where the general normal simple other talks that used to be mishbir's essence at one point of time yaar ... we just want ke future tracks mein thoda balance bana rahe ..I hope you got my point

There is a scope for improvement, we can feel that , and it's completely okay if you aren't feeling the same 😳 Btw this post wasn't against any couple , character, drama or anything else...😳

Okay! Yes, I think I get it in bits and pieces. I have a question though. There has been a lot of talk about communication between Mishti and Abir but what kind of scenes are we talking about that wouldn't eventually diffuse Meenu's plan because I am genuinely unable to think of one right now. (Genuine query hai. Please don't think I am mocking you or anything🙈)

Also, I didn't think it was against anyone. Did I write something bad or accusatory without realising???😳 I am sorry to anyone if I did.🙆🏻‍♀️🙆🏻‍♀️

Bold - thank God u know about this

This post was made only with respect to mishbir and no other characters names were mentioned in the tms post so bringing kuku in all this just distracts and diverts the main reason y this post was made. If kuku fans have any problem with the way their story is shaping they wud also write a letter like this

But this post was made for mishbir, to give the a proper story with them being the centre of the storyline since they are the LEADS, to give them proper screen space since mishbir as LEADS deserve this, n their romance without which any LEAD couples relationship is incomplete

Nahi nahi don't worry , I don't think that ways 😆😆 Simple conversations like I mentioned earlier about the shivratri part , I want a scene where mishti asks abir on his feelings about baba , aisa lagta hai mishti vo chapter completely bhool chuki hai and so abir, it feels unreal ... matlab itna kuchh ho gaya life mein , aur koi kuchh puchh nahi raha 😆😆 There is so much detailing that is missing

one scene that I really loved was abir explaining mishti that her first day at sasural is not some exam , I miss these little little conversations, mishbir's simplicity had its own charm ...if your time permits , go through this post

There are many posts that I have written on mishbir, but this post will give you an idea that what I am actually missing

I can understand that change is constant, and I accept the progress/ change in the characters , but there is something , a charm that is missing..its not like there wasn't any drama before , there was , but the balance was always crisp and neat ... somewhere the drama is inconsistent too , even if we take one episode at a time or a bunch of them together... the progress is there, I am not denying but sometimes the drama overshadows everything

No no you didn't write anything bad , I was just clarifying from my side that's all ...😳

Hey Uru!! Thanks for replying with a few answers to my query. I'll check the link in the morning because I'm writing this message when I am already half asleep.

I agree! Their simplicity does hold a certain charm.

you amazingly said everything with this picture and with these words 🤗🤗

what connected us to mishbir

1. during friendship stage they always understood each other even without saying it out loud

2. They trusted each other even without any proof

3. They stood rock solid with each other no matter how complicated the matter was

4. When they needed each other they were always there and majorly THEY COMMUNICATED

5. Even after they confessed they had the communication, but it started reducing, mishti tried fighting abhirs baba alone, And Abhir fought his mom alone
But they still communicated a bit

I can understand that if everything is communicated than There won’t be any scope for drama ... but whatever they communicate after marriage isn’t clear

Like

After marriage we just see them arguing .... even if it is for drama it’s irritating to see half communicated argument where one is not understanding the other

Their scenes are chopped or cut or badly edited

Like the scene where Mishti keeps picking the photos and talking abhir gets irritated and walks away... and next day he runs away with his brother

The story like u said is revolution around the insecurities and jealousy of a single character and mishbir are just shown for a while and even when they are showed they are arguing ... unable to connect with MishBir
