I didn't get too hard yaar! 😆 But like you said, breaks help. I was watching every single episode and the way they butchered him there, it was just way too much to take. Plus, you are more attached to his character so possibly you feel I am siding with Piya! 😆 Which may be true in some instances because all of us are inherently biased, no matter how small that is. 🤔 But I agree totally that here the leads have been butchered like anything to glorify other characters. 🤬

No no I meant in general. Like -you can post your Nazar related creations in CG because it's specified for Nazar. But you also make creations on different couples and collaborate with others. That you should post here. Because we had notified it when we started this thread that we'll be talking about anything and everything in this thread. So I was suggesting that you should post your non-Nazar creations here. 😊

Yes, they do. Well it's like we both supported and called Piansh wrong when they were. But that time, favs do play a part like my criticism for Pia may go bit overboard if she is wrong and yours for Ansh when he is. We would have got irritated too on each other, lol. Which is quite normal, in my opinion, cos ultimately favs hai toh at points it will reflect but we should be happy, we never had to quit the forum or did crazy bashing, so for us!!👏👏

Well, don't get me wrong but Bhansali just incorporated the main idea and used the grandeur as he does in his every single movie.

They hyped the entire childhood lovers thing to a different level. Because in the original book it was different. Devdas wasn't even that attached with Parvati neither was Paru found by Dev's father and the additional drama.

For me, Dev is just a misogynist piece of ass who couldn't take his rejection and chose self-destruction. I see no love there. 🤔

This I had noticed in case of other shows too. The first time you watch, you enjoy it. But by the second or third time you start noticing a lot of details and it can either increase your love for the show or decrease it.

In my case, while repeating BHOOTU, I appreciated the first season even more with Akanksha as an actress. However in case of Krishnadasi, I became more and more frustrated.

Coming to Nazar, I just realized I should have given Harsh a lot more credit than I usually do. Crying - is difficult. There are some amazing actors out there who can literally bring tears in your eyes but particularly in crying scenes, they s**k. So usually I don't hold that against any actor. But I guess the later half portion of Nazar was way too much focused on MoVed duo and either Ansh was crying or playing a noble idiot or fighting. Harsh got to entertain us with his action sequences but acting wise, he didn't get anything solid.

But I already felt he nailed the intensity in the initial episodes and Episode 23-30 just proved me right. The change in his expression from a zombie to someone who was mesmerized and the positive aura - he did great.

I really wish the guy gets a good project next where he gets the chance to explore and improve more.

Now, coming to the story, I am confused as hell. 🤓

You kept on telling me that Ansh was bouncing between his conscious and sub-conscious. Even with that explanation, I had a hard time decoding his actions. Because it did seem that Ved decreased the affect of the DC when she put Gangajal over the DC and Ansh was totally in his sense.

But then suddenly Mo did some hocus pocus and he said yes for marriage. Even there, he was happy - not the zombie we got to watch later.

So him misbehaving with Piya made sense to me when Ruby commanded but before that, why did he do that - I can't understand.

I really wish the makers gave a more direct hint because at this point we are relying too much on our interpretation.

I felt, Ansh was aware of what was happening and him being the Sanskari guy, he held himself because ogling another girl was morally wrong but then again in Piya's vicinity, he used to get lost. Otherwise why would he smile like that when Neha told Piya - TUMHARE HONE WALA PATI TUMHE BOHUT PYAAR KARNE WALA HAI. 😳

The same goes for every time he saw Piya. But he got back to proper sense when his hand brushed off Piya but then again Ruby spoiled it.

Now coming to Piya!

Of course it hurts to see anyone's heart break but I suppose, after quite a long time, I got affected seeing it. I am meaning the portrayal.

I still can't get over Aradhya's dialogue to Aryan - AB JAO, KAR LO APNE MAAN-PASAND LADKI SE SHAADI! 😭 Now I definitely didn't enjoy the running behind him up to the door but in that one sentence she expressed it all and Sana was amazing! 👏

In the same way, logically I don't understand how could Piya fall so hard but the scene where she got to know about engagement, Piya's pain touched my heart and Niyati did complete justice. 😭 👏

Piya literally became Devdas. 🥺

However, I definitely admire the girl for keeping her calm throughout the functions until she was thrown out.

About PiyAnsh, I actually see a role reversal here and I am glad that the makers did it knowingly or unknowingly.

Ansh has been the biggest punching bag of this show. Right from the beginning. 😭Typically we see FLs going through the hurt and insult but here it was all Ansh. 😭 The guy had to pay the price of his entire family's fault. Because it was justice that they had insulted Piya and Guruma and GM's curse became true that Ansh would have to beg and cry but the guy didn't even do anything! He paid the price of his family's mistakes. Faced Piya's anger, her hatred and got into an unwanted marriage. 😒

Whereas Piya got to experience everything typical heroes get to do. Became a Devdas but kept calm, literally danced on Ansh's wedding or more like Mehendi, showed proper attitude, didn't become a doormat in her quest to help others and showed attitude till the end.

So yeah! My love for them just increased more for showing a strong ML who was sensitive too and giving us a good FL who had spunk.

Last but not the least, my favorite scene or more like the most heart breaking scene 🥺

When Ansh came to stop Piya but Mo made him a complete zombie using her blood. That scene reminded me off TVD when Traveler magician shifted Katherine's conscious into Elena's body and Elena was desperately running and looking for Demon. She could reach Damon and hugged him but before telling about the spell, Katherine took over.

I felt, Ansh was convinced that Piya was the Daivik and he genuinely wanted to stop her. But that damn spell! He just broke her heart instead.

Also, I liked it that Piya was calm until that point but screamed the moment Ansh took Divya's name.

Really appreciate her for doing that.

Honestly, Harsh even I agree. I should too, cos I always told he improved later. But then in these episodes he was fantastic, like transitions, zoning out cos poor guy was hypnotized like a remote, and really felt bad for him.

Crying, you have summed up very well, and Harsh really did crying scenes well.

Worst was Ved and Rathods were messed since start, and Ved kept crying and scaring him since start. Like at points I did feel, Ansh stayed in hostel, cos he was way too good but didn't mean he had to give all his me time and imagine, you have to listen to marriage talks and are forced.

Yes, it was just MoVed, and Harsh did get to explore action, transitions, growth..but not a Lot. Hence I always said, he should get a good project where he can explore more acting. This was his 1st lead role and he did really well. But he was more like a puppet unfortunately cos of family.

Yeah the 2nd half, yes. Infact, I feel they should have just ended there instead of separation. Like Pari was overglorified, RiAd being game changers didn't happen cos trps were not much, then again they started with MoVed.

Ruby part, it was like he was under her control, but when she didn't order impact was less, hence he insulted Pia, but when Ruby ordered did it more, and violence or DV side was more.

Yes, Ansh was sanskari guy, and he was attracted to Pia, cos of mother connect. Even though he was under Ruby's effect, he never wished ill for Pia, he genuinely wished for her happiness since start, even him distancing was for her safety. So when Neha told Pia, he smiled cos of that and for a tiny chance ki his mehndi is on her hand, so it gave him some chance.

I did finally have my theory, how Piansh fell for each other, attracted. For Ansh, it was lift scene, and how Pia took her stand, then taking arrow for him.

Pia too had a thing with him, cos of trip and how he told he would support her, to find her mother. Plus though Pia wasn't pleased with him, and Ruby also gave her gyan, Ansh was the one who saved her on stairs and led her, and she was kinda impressed. Even the way he sang song for Ved. So it was more like she saw his soft side at his home, in picnic..

Pia did full justice to heartbreak, having her stand.

Role reversal and in a beautiful way, breaking stereotypes. Like Ansh having a sensitive side, and yes Pia having her calm.

Yes, Ansh had decoded the connection, but did anyone listen to him?

Forget Ved, all seemed idiots to me for Ruby. Like that tree thing, where Ved meets her she finds all birds died from that and only Ruby was there, then lemons part too, she was there.

Avinash too, dogs gave signals, etc and Ruby was around, but all wanted to be blind, such idiots!

But amidst all mess Piansh developed and became strong as couple and fought for each other. I was so happy they left family before pregnancy track, but sigh they too separated. For once I was hopeful that Piansh stay for a few days at a different spot.
