This is what I mentioned above he might win case and then guest may reveal the truth and give him biggest shock as she know very well he is emotional and she has been using this haddi as pawn and seen his weakness and if he comes to know truth then it will be biggest blow for him and this will make Neil have insecurities, trust issues in realtionship which will lead to Delhi tracks.
