He wanted a wife who would be just like him......someone who goes along with what the family wants. When Mishti rejected him his ego was hurt and he made her into a conniving person in his mind based on Meenu's inputs. So, basically to save his bhai he became 'sabse bura'(in his words) and when he realised his bhai was suffering he became 'sabse accha'. Now, he has admitted he loves Kuhu, but the fact is we don't know whether he loves the real Kuhu or if he loves the version of Kuhu who makes his family happy by her Kuhuness. Now, its actually a test of his love when he realises the person he married is complicated, not simple in her motivations as him.

Coming to Kuhu, honestly her POV and backstory is not convincing, because it has never been shown properly.

Okay, her birth was not perfect, she was the illegitimate kid of the family. But the fact is, it was a long time ago. She was accepted into the family when she was 5 or 6, Varsha became her mother from then on. She struggled. But I dnt know how much scarred for life you will be for the struggle she faced when she was 5 ? Like was she taunted in school for being illegitimate? Or what exactly did she suffer for having a deep resentment against Mishti that she is willing to go to any extreme??

Okay, I understand anyone would feel bad to share their family and would feel insecure when another person gets more attention. But is that really a big reason for having a deep rooted hatred and resentment against another person, to the extent that you abuse them physically and mentally at every turn?? But, she was supportive too when the said person was suffering from heartbreak. Honestly, her character sketch is not convincing unless they are showing her as someone who has the maturity of a 10 year old. Unless someone has any pointers on the why's of her behaviour??

Coming to Mishti, her scars are easily visible because she got them when she was 13 or 14 when she was an almost grown up and could understand what was going around her and got hurt because of that. Like, her parents gave her up, she was uprooted from the family she grew up to another one where she was not fully accepted and her classmates used to taunt her saying she was a murderer's daughter. So, we can relate somewhat more to her state of mind. Not that everything she does is relatable.

I completely agree with you about Kuhu, and even Kunal. I was just thinking that initially Abir was saying that Kunal was not like this, so I was just speculating how he might have been. But you are correct, Kunal's hatred for Mishti (when he did) was awful but there was some sense to it, for a point. His mother manipulated him enough that he could not see anything past his own ego. Coming to Kuhu, she definitely needs help, she needs to stop self pitying herself and take responsibility. I guess I am just a bit confused about her too, I actually kind of liked her character in some cases, like at least in the beginning even though she said she hated Mishti in many cases she also, I thought seemed to just a little care too. Now looking at her I don't know anymore, I think I am trying to understand myself which is why I typed about her. (Someone who understands her please explain, like from beginning because she is so flip-floppy I don't really understand. Sometimes I feel that she is bashed unnecessarily, sometimes I feel she deserves it, and sometimes I don't get how people support her. Seriously bohot confusing hain!)

With Abir all I have are molecules of an idea, it is still a bit too early for me to come up with something concrete. It is hard because we have not been exposed to Abir's thoughts nor breakdowns. Even during breakup phase, he seems to regret his actions but his thoughts were never made clear. But like you said, I think part of it comes from the fact no one supports him during his tashans with Meenu, most are mute spectators, and part of him may be tired by continously voicing his thoughts. But he also doesn't stop doing it either. I guess I am also confused here too, because if Abir isn't there unrest happens in the Rajvaansh house, where Maasi was accused and Ketki ran away. However when he is there, they want the family together and Abir to argue until it benefits that person, if Meenu disagrees his whole opinion is trash. I don't know yaar, ab mein codh bohot confused hoon.

Then when conversation moves forward and pages pass, I reply to new ones and the old ones become history, so no point in replying 😆

Kuhu was likeable during a short period when she was served the divorce papers to nishmish shaadi.....warna she was always the same. Basically they are trying to potray a person who immediately needs help or else she will harm others. Maybe, the potrayal is deliberate and Kuhu myt be admitted to an asylum along with Meenu😆They are showing the struggles of mental patients.....😛

I too get lazy at times. I literally feel overwhelmed at times when I have to give too many replies...
