That's the twist. Both scenes are in non linear timelines. Rudra's parts are pre Hrishikesh. He lost his memory after that and married Maya just after he loses the bracelet.

Roy fam couldn't tell him anything coz doc has told them not to put strain on him.

They are showing Maya and Rudra's memory loss tracks paralally even though it's in different timelines.
