on a side note, kaveri is totally killing it these days, even my mom pointed out during yesterday's episode that she is acting the best & even looking the best out of the four👏
and when I shared with her my disappointment about the dialogues in kuhu's overboard rant against mish, my mom said that whatever is given to her she is delivering that only na, but still she is outshining others👍🏼
infact when mish messaged ketu, my mom pointed out, 'ye isne galat kiya, bina baaki se discuss kiye nahi karna chahiye tha', so even mom could see the breach of the pact there😛 (but ofcourse my mom is not one of those usual trp audience🤪)
@nikki: so I think the viewers these days have also evolved & many can see beyond the usual drama

me too, she is soooo hot, omg like fire brigade ready rakhte hain kya set par, shaheer & kaveri ki wajah se kabhi bhi aag lag sakti hai😆
both are so hottttt☺️

Hey clarity! Thank God someone agrees with me. Kuhu was not looking at the bigger picture like she used to. She is bound to be chided by Abir for speaking ill against Mishti. Whenever she starts saying bro aap to jaante ho Mishti hai hi "one of the hashtags" and I'm like NOO! Stop saying that
Nami 🤗
Kuhu is shortsighted. Edited has completely taken over. She is blinded by her resentment for Mishti right now.
Honestly, Abir has been very mild with her so far whenever she starts off with her Edited I mean, no husband would like it. If Mishti were the one doing it and Kunal was taking it lightly, I wouldn't like it either.
@lops- IKR. Kaveri is super hot. So is Kuhu and Kunal is missing out lol.

on the ongoing episodes discussion:
in yesterday's episode, I loved that mishti warned kuhu to not push her ever again, kuhu clearly crossed the line when she pushed her (though it was a slight one but was totally uncalled for)🤢
also why does kunal try to restrain kuhu by holding her arm whenever mishku are arguing, this was second time, I saw it during holika dehan too, is he scared that kuhu might just slap mish like in divorce drama
somehow I dont like this use of physical restrain by holding her back, kunal needs to find other ways of restraining her if he is scared that she might go overboard
that brings me to the point that why aren't abhinal noticing these changes in kuhu's behaviour after mish's arrival in rjv house, she has given plenty of hints now, its clear their issues are deep-rooted & from both sides
for kuhu its a repeat telecast of maheshwari house, abhinal are ignoring her pov & calling her childish, immature & asking her to not raise her stupid concerns
I cant believe abir is still stuck on his band-aid approach, after today's episode if he still doesnt take things seriously I am going to be so mad at him
also the tone which mishnal use with kuhu👎🏼vaise toh badi kuhuness ki baatein karte hain, when it comes to respecting her tab kahan jata hai inka kuhuness admiration!!
Yeah, sometimes Kunal's reactions to Kuhu just make me question if he loves her. His tone and behaviour today- If I were Kuhu, he would get it from me. 😆
AbiNal's bandaid approach is completely blind to the fact that the fissures in KuShti's relationship run deeper than any disagreements they may have had. i feel this is a bit of a blindspot for them because they don't get how siblings can't NOT love each other because that's what THEY are used to. They're trying to solve KuShti's issues like they would solve their own issues without understanding that the sisters are very different.
As for AbiNal's treatment of Kuhu, none of them consider Kuhu 'mature'. They've all said she is childish and immature and that's how they treat her. The Kuhuness is just a lollipop meant to assuage her.

@ bold: I also feel the same, that the writing & execution of this show is completely intentional from makers side
my understanding is that
a). they will never redeem & justify any character completely, so that as per the plot & requirement apart from leads they can turn them grey & play with their insecurities to take the leads story forward, whenever they want
b). they will keep the loose ends untied for the same reasons, thus not giving complete culmination & closure to the important tracks, like in baba's case, nannu's case(he might even make a comeback with revenge agenda if cvs run out of other ideas😈)
and I even understand it for this type of show which is not a finite series show & might run for years & thousands of episodes
infact I think the makers must be on clound nine, its like they have hit a jackpot, they are catering to varied audience, trp audience who love the family-drama, others who love the mishbir couple dynamics, their struggles, love, and then others who love kuku's, the modern, in-love young couple story, and then there are others like (all of us on this forum) who invest time to anlayse the dialogues, intentions, actions & thus try to grasp the underneath story & struggles of each character
no wonder the show is number 1 in online ratings & always in top10 or top5 in offline ratings too
THIS!
They will never completely redeem Kuhu or any other character because if they do, they will run out of plot ideas. Conflict is what moves any story along and for ITV writers, that necessarily comes from interpersonal conflicts, Look at YRKKH, KaiRa get separated 1000 times. At this point, they have spent more time apart than together. All these 'classic' love stories of couples who are 'meant to be' always involve decade-long separations where the couples hate each other, marry other people and get surprised with grown up kids who do everything in their power to bring their parents together.
WHAT A CLASSIC LOVE STORY
Hello my lovelies 🤗
Now that there is a lockdown, let's spend our quarantine here 😊
First, yesterday's Humma Humma scene was ☺️It really showed the potential that KuKu have. They were so FREAKING HOT! Ugh why was it so short? Can't believe Kunal is such an idiot that maa ke phone ke liye itne achche moment ko ruin kara. This boy needs to grow up. When tf will he realise that he is an adult? Kuhu looked smoking and I loved their chemistry.
Okay, now that I am done drooling, let's come to today's episode.
The last episode ended at a point where all conflicts reached a crescendo. I thought Kuhu was being very mean to Mishti today. She was way out of line, especially when she kept dissing her in front of Abir, so it's a good thing Abir let her know that it's not nice. However, I was very disappointed with Kunal. As Mishti's husband, Abir has the right to tell Kuhu to cut it out but Kunal should be the one trying to understand why she is acting out. I am glad he told her how Mishti and Meenu's conversation happened but he doesn't seem to get that the reason why Kuhu's resentment is mounting is because those she perceives as her loved ones, like Varsha, BM-BP and now Kunal always 'take Mishti's side'. As they say, a dual approach is required. Abir needed to call her out and Kunal needed to call her out BUT also reassure her and ask her what's wrong. Kunal is like the principal who keeps reprimanding Kuhu the errant schoolgirl but that approach doesn't work in every case.
I found his tone with her quite offensive. I mean, I wouldn't take it if a boyfriend/husband spoke to me that way. Kuhu has a very childlike response to it but I hope she realises they still have serious issues to overcome, the primary one being Kunal's bhaiyopia blinkered outlook on relationships.
I completely agree with you guys when you say he has different rules for his bhai-bhabhi different rules for KuKu. If he understands that a couple is "one unit", needs "privacy " and what not, why doesn't he apply the same rules to his life. Kuhu's reactions don't seem like she is taking it seriously and I wonder why that is. Couples fight but the way Kunal spoke to Kuhu was just not on. ☢️
@bold: Kuhu actually crossed the line today with her rants against Mishti. I know Mishti's good girl act is too much to digest most of the times but the things she said were really mean. And she pushed her as well. That was uncalled for. I felt really uneasy when she was pushing Mishti. I feel this show is obsessed with physical violence. I can never support any character hitting another character no matter the reason.
@blue: Thank god I was not the only one who had a problem with this. I wrote a comment here in the AT after watching the episode that I found Kunal's tone very aggressive. I can't imagine my husband talking to me in that tone. Kunal is so blinded by his bhai and bhabhi that he has forgotten how to behave with his own wife and we are supposed to believe that Kunal loves Kuhu? 😒
@red: I was thinking this exact same thing while watching that scene. They are also a newly married couple. Don't they need to spend time together and need privacy? He understands that husband and wife are supposed to be one unit but what about the way he just shuts out Kuhu in every important decision of his life and confides in outsiders instead? (Yes I said outsiders. This might be a controversial opinion but I consider husband and wife or a couple as a separate family unit. When two people decide to get married they are each other's family and when they have kids, they also become part of that family. A couple should always put each other first no matter what and that includes any future children they might have)

Hey Nami !!
I cringe every time Kuhu starts complaining to Abir about Mishti. How can Kuhu not realize how dumb it sounds? When it comes to Mishti, Abir gives no importance to even his own family, so what makes Kuhu think that he is going to believe her?
But I think she expects that Abir will listen to Mishti's insults the same way Kunal does when Kuhu is insulted. I find it kind of sad that Kuhu expects Abir to believe what she says about Mishti because Kunal believes everything other people say about Kuhu. An example of this is the time when Kunal questioned her in front of everyone ( including Kuhu's family) about the pills as soon as Meenu questioned Kuhu about the pills.
Yeah, sometimes Kunal's reactions to Kuhu just make me question if he loves her. His tone and behaviour today- If I were Kuhu, he would get it from me. 😆

@bold.. Again.. clarity ⭐️🤗
Don't make me your fan 😳
It actually makes sense why their plans fail. They do not understand why they cannot love each other - isn't it obvious that siblings are meant to be there for each other (their thinking). And they try to solve issues like they solve their own issues and that doesn't work in KuShti's (yes I'm calling them that) case.

Agree absolutely Niks. Kuhu's behaviour was not on, especially the pushing. I don't want to see her indulging in this kind of crap.
Kunal's tone- Absolutely. I don't think it was right at all. It just makes it seem like Kuhu is dispensable to him. These little things really matter and Kuhu asked him why he had that tone only the second time he did it. I think she needs to see it as a problem, first and foremost. I would have never thought so, but I think Kuhu has low self-esteem in a relationship. For some reason, she thinks she's hit the jackpot with Kunal. Is that why she doesn't find his behaviour problematic?
Kunal's idea of the couple being a unit surfaces when it is convenient for him, like in today's episode. I so want to see lover boy Kunal. We saw a glimpse of it with the saree scene but I NEED MORE!
