anyways atleast the way they shot it was really superb, I mean the small-small details, so aesthetic & hot, the lights, the shadows, the costumes etc. looked so good

kunal discussing about his marital problems with FL looked so odd, I mean I understand that makers are rushing mishnal bond because they have to be on same side for next track of the show but this was really not required and was very ott

and then there is this scene where kunal & kuhu argue about revealing parul as kunal's mom & kunal says 'yadi mishti itni galat hai toh bhai uspar inta bharosa kyun karte hain?'

and also when kunal confesses that he gave mishti read pear on meenu's insistence & not out of his own will

so both these scenes gave me hopes that kunal is trying to bond with mishti for abir & that he is #dufferchokro and can ask for advice from anyone from jugnu to mishti (I think it was aqua who pointed this out this 2nd part in a post )

@bold: I think this is spot on! Kunal has very low self worth and therefore thinks everyone knows better than him. He is also very by the book so he will try to collect as much data as possible before making a decision. He probably thought he already knows about Kuhu's experience, from their conversation on the terrace, so let me go ask someone else with a similar background and see what they think -- ergo Mishti. He's a mathematician to the core. 😆

If he were to talk to Kuhu about this, it would be about his own feelings, which is what he is least comfortable talking about. I think that's what he meant when he said he gets awkward around this subject. He's not been able to communicate to Kuhu why her place in his life is different -- she's the only one who gets access to his inner struggle. Everyone else gets calm, decisive, rational Kunal, who is also the one making efforts with Mishti for his bhai's happiness, while trying to mitigate the tension between Ma and bhai.

He felt guilty for being a part of Meenu's plan so he helped Abir get Mishti back and is going out of the way to make her feel welcome. With this Parul thing and the resort blunder (of not informing Meenu), he went too far in the other direction and upset her so now he's running back that way. Abir claimed that Kunal made his own decision and that is why Meenu was angry, but was the resort thing really an independent decision of Kunal's? What I think Kuhu is saying now is, don't keep doing this swinging trapeze act -- make conscious decisions and stick to them because if you keep trying to please everyone, they will take advantage for their own ends.

@aqua: My post on the previous thread was pretty much the extent of my analysis of the episode. I think the sisters' feud can be summed up as Kuhu being a full on Rajvansh now while Mishti is still a Maheshwari, with the superiority complex that BM explained to us in detail.

EDITED TO ADD: Meenu is simulating Maheshwari patterns in RV house which is throwing Kuhu off and making her fear for her place in the household -- Mishti doesn't really see it because this is her "normal." This plan of Meenu's is razor sharp because she is making Mishti seem like the cause of this change in Kuhu's mind, and like she said yesterday, Mishti is haath bataoing by being her manmani-following self.

I do have a little thought though that is semi-analysis and semi-headcanon. I would like to imagine that Kunal was actually hiding behind his work because he was afraid they would just pick up their fight where they left off the previous night. Based on his doubts about whether Kuhu even liked him, he was afraid of what would happen if they talked, afraid that it would mean more distance between them. Her sarcastic live feed probably further entrenched this fear in him.

At first, Kuhu sort of fell into old patterns and almost picked a fight but instead she took that moment in the bathroom and reminded herself that she doesn't want revenge against him! By remembering all the moments after their shaadi, remembering all the conclusive proof that this man loves and wants her, she broke their usual cycle and rather than building her own wall in response to his, chose to put her true feelings on display. It was a risk that paid off because it was exactly what Kunal needed to know to feel safe unleasing his own feelings and being in the moment with her.

Gabriel??!! Harveeey!!! I shipped Darvey!! I wouldn't have had the courage either but I would have taken lots of creep shots. Oh! That show was so good! The interpersonal relationships, the acting, the bad-ass female characters but most of all, the music score was so fantastic. I loved that show!

@bold: Lol I said anonymous because that is what I would do personally. I hate the idea of meeting a celebrity. I feel like once I meet or get to know them in person, I will not like them or end up disappointed with their behavior.

And I LOVE Kaveri, not just as an actor but as a person too. She is so sweet with her fans and is so down to earth. I think almost everyone on the YRHPK set loves her too. They always have nice things to say about her even when no one asks. 😆

@blue: You watched suits too? Are we secretly the same person??? I loved Darvey. But my fav was Harvey. Loved his character and of course the actor ☺️ I was heartbroken when I found out he was already in a relationship ( At that time I had a strong belief that I would end up marrying him 😆Good old days 😃) But years later when I started working in the same area, I didn't even try to go see the shoot. Actually I started getting annoyed because of the disruptions caused by the shoot. I hope you will come out of Ritvik's spell soon Pihu 😃

It just goes to show that Kunal had this on his mind all along. Kam-vam was a bahana because he overthought it and convinced himself it wasn't going to happen. I say, the enthusiasm with which he responded belies his innocent, workaholic front 😉

@bold- BANG On, Sam how do you do it. Put into words things that I am thinking but cant explain. Meenakshi is definitely using the Maheswari tactic to keep MishKu against each other. Kuhu notices this change the most because this was not her normal at Rajvansh, whereas Mishti is still getting her normal so she doesnt see the root cause of the problem.
