He is emotional fool i think

I guess after his parents as he said he was desparate to belong somewhere. Guest was his only hope then and although he could see through her behavior but he kept ignoring and pretending that everything is fine to hold on that one hope

Yes , he was emotional fool . He kept ignoring it. This guest took advantage of it back then and even now she is talking advantage. Neil's weakness now is that haddi and if she goes he will be mentally free and love of MiYa will heal all the wounds .

Ritwik did not agree to accept the baby then so guest made its Neil's and after baby Ritwik again back in her life and then Neil caught them one day
