Does MayRa marriage stand null?

We have seen Vikram telling Maya about their marriage and flashbacks show their marriage registration. If not a lie by Vikram, does it make MayRa marriage null? As per Hindu culture a man or woman cannot remarry if already married.

As per Hindu Marriage Act, a marriage stands void if husband-wife are not living together for 5 years or more. Also a marriage that is not consummated is also void.

In MayRa case tho, the rituals are not complete so even that marriage is only symbolic not legal.

In that case MayRa consummation will also not make sense 🤔
