Side note: you know what I love? I love that Prerna is the way she is with Rishabh. She pushes her limits, she's got a backbone with him, she knows that she can fight her way. Look at her expression in the first gif, that is 8 years of knowing that she has gotten her way. 8 years of reassurance sitting on her teasing expression, that lift of the eyebrow, the chin raised in defiance. She is well aware of the power she holds in this relationship. Prerna doesn't tip toe around Rishabh, she never has, in fact she goes out of her way to assert herself. She is steel with him, she always has been. It's why Bajaj fell for her in the first place. The Prerna that exists in Rishabh's presence is so unlike the Prerna we see interacting with the Basus. She is determined, and she is strong, but only because Rishabh has consistently built the foundation of their relationship to allow for her to flourish that way. He has always allowed her to just be, it's why she gets her way and it's why she exercises so much agency with him. Yeh Prerna ka haq hai. And he gave her that haq over him.
