Either this house is still registered in Maya's name or V has actually bought it.

So the database that has kaka's house in the name of VJS listed would also have this house ( Maya's old house )

Police has the authority to access that db.

The hackers can illegally access that db.

What they are doing ?

Visiting Black mamba. That too not the actual animal but a night club. 👏
