This means she is remembering all that what she said to preet but she knows that he loves her but she is feeling guilty...

Yes ,Mini feels , know it he loves her but this sudden shock is confusing her and feeling hesitant as she has seen broken family in past . May be that's why she was in his room to know about it more .

Neil knows and have accepted his feelings and he also knows Mini loves him and NB also confirmed it today but he feels mini is ignoring due to his past and is not comfortable with it and may be NB was right he feels

Yes .It was well shot .it was hers and preeth conversation shown as monologue of mini .she is confused and she herself as wound of past thats making her go crazy .
