Nowadays equipmentless workouts are fad. Gym mein jaane ki koi zaroorat hi nahin hoti hai agar instructor ne weekly routine bana diya hai toh.

It's very irresponsible to flout rules set in place to limit coronavirus spread. As a young healthy individual, you may not be severely affected even if you have it but you can easily pass it to people who are not as well equipped as you to deal with it- elderly, children or people with other conditions.
