point is ... Abhir has more to worry about Meenu then this kiddish behaviours or kuhu

But there will soon be a moment when Abhirs patience will give way and he will definitely do what is right with kuhu

He does not know that the spiked coffee was for Mishti

He just knows it was a mistake

he did not see her yell at mishti... he just saw the mess

I think we need to give a little time to Abhir as he is dealing with two things here

Meenu and her twisted brain

And kuhu and her Kiddishness

Our ancestors call it as "Thalaiyanai Mantram" --a weapon of wife...She could use it either against the family or for the welfare of the family. It is purely based on the woman the man got... During the Nish abir startup meeting, Kunal asked Mishti that why is that a girl always try to take away the men from his family.

And this what it is ....he thought Mishti will use that weapon against the family to separate his bhai from them. But alas, it was his rainbow who is capable of it.
