Well deserved win for Badla. She was very good and kept her ground well opposite AB with the straight face that was needed for her character. Anyday better than her winning it for Saand Ki Aankh where she was blah. But along with her, Amrita Singh, Amitabh Bachchan and Sujoy Ghosh should've won something too. It was quite an underlooked film at all awards, maybe because it was a remake.

I liked her. I like her on and off. She may not be a great actress but isn’t as bad as some here parade her for.

Amrita was star of Badla. AB Sr. was well AB.

Yeah, she is not that versatile but she atleast delivers in most of her films with what is expected of her. Also have had respect for self learnt actors so credit goes to her too for improving with every film.

Amrita and AB should've totally atleast received some nominations!

I think she does fine. I find her doing her job in the role given to her and not disappointing. That’s huge given the kind of talent we have as an option these days.

But with her I have seen extreme reactions. The one who like her hail her so much and the ones who don’t, undermine her to another level. Ahh well.. extremism is what IF stands for so.. 😆

Anywho.. I agree with you. AB and Amritha deserve nominations and Amritha deserves win acc to me.

When was Taapsee hailed as an actress of the calibre of Tabu or Sridevi? 🤔 I don't think Taapsee even has dedicated fans on I-F. Kuch bhi.

Alia won some viewers choice award where fellow nominees were Kiara from Kabir Singh, Kareena from Good Newwz, Kriti Sanon from Luka Chuppi etc. 😆
