And will find out ways to finish the syllabus. I actually covered nothing during the last 2 and half months. And exams are coming near. I have been marked as the most irresponsible teacher in the department.

No I did not mean that.

I can not concentrate in a crowded place. I was living in a mess. The door of my room would be always open as it is the passage to the balcony. We were are six people in the mess and one toilet cum bathroom.

I have totally come out of clinical depression just 9 months ago. The fatigue is still there. I take too much time to understand a new situation.

Till now I had worked in an INI. So I got extremely scared seeing jealousy between faculties (not of our dept though).

I was once a student of our HOD. His over expectation did not help either.

Again there is no clear cut work deadline here. The official deadlines and real deadlines are sometimes two months apart.

Students can complain about teachers any day.

Faculties are shackled by useless rules.

Coupled with that I had to run away from the mess sometimes since nobody would be there.

I also had some pending works from the previous institute.

I was also sad because I can not take care of my mother.

I am the only lady full time faculty in the department. So I could not discuss this issues with someone who would understand and give me guidance.

So I have become a vamp.

Just today morning I was praying "Please keep my honour".

Now I have understood what it means to fight with your own.

Now I have got some time to prepare notes and give to the students. Students will no longer get a chance to complain against me.

I am actually sounding cynical but can not help it.

You don't take stress hun! It always gets better! And God always is watching! So as long as you are committed to your work, nobody can actually say anything to you! <3

That is what keeps me going. Nobody can snatch divine from the devotee. And nobody can snatch the right to worship either.
