The bonding.....
He has known her almost whole of his life, obviously leaving the first couple of years when he was too young to remember things clearly.
She and his elder sister annie being the "best friends forever" , it was quite inevitable for him to know her. She would come to his house very often to meet annie...to play, to study together. Like wise annie too would go to her place.
She too has a younger sibling, a younger sister. Annie is 3 years older than him, and her friend is of same age, means she is also three years older to him. Where as her younger sister, is some six months younger to him.
Whenever she would come to his house, she used to bring her sister along too. And given how him & her sister were of the same age group, they usually would be forced to play together. He didn't like to play with her at start, and both would end up fighting all the time. But eventually, these two become friends too. Not those BFF sort of but can be called as good friends.
And because of their kids bonding, both the families came closer too.
