Mmmm i get it... abir is peace maker but i always expected him to be hard on everyone.. like everyone from mish, kuhu, whomever it is but he only shows this right on meenu n kunal now in mishti... dont know suddenly i feel him saying all this n angry on mish is haq se... see he never got angry even if they do any mistake apart from meenu, kunal even mish the disastrous market incident 😆 about kuhu lets see my hope solely is on the way his jaw clenched on precap, so something is coming up...

THIS. Exactly. This is something Abir needs to learn big time. He is actually not doing justice to any relationship like this. Whether it is Mishti, his wife or the rest of the dysfunctional clan he’s trying to manage. Yeah I get that family is important but this isn’t really family if you allow some people to brazenly do whatever they want without accountability. No real “Shaanti” is achieved like this. Only creates long term mess.

Abir is essentially somewhat naively optimistic about relationships. He seems to think that just with his hoping, people will magically change and be nice and loving to each other aka picture perfect “awesome” family 😆

Duniya aise hoping se nahin chalti, Abir beta. You have to be realistic or people will abuse the leeway you give them in the name of “family togetherness”.

Why is it only on Abir to console BM and BP over Kuhu ke kaands? Everyone else revels in immaturity and bas Abir sambhaale? 😕

Maybe.....koms.....but I am confused when it comes to their equation. Time has actually passed to reveal the truth by Mishti or even Kuhu. Now the truth will only create more problems not solve it. Even if Mishti did say that they will reveal the truth, I think she said it in the heat of the moment because of her fight with Kuhu and also Abir knowing the truth.

Somehow I dnt think she would have gone through with it. Like Abir she has a habit of letting things slide when she is the one who is wronged. And she knows that Kuhu's aim was Mishti not Abir.

haha i so wanted to go in and slap him n tie him up to listen to mish more than scared i was angry... even today when he was outside hearing mishku n when mish came the look he got i got a little scared 😆

Mmm actually both mishti n abir have different ways to handle things but both alone are a mess... and if combined they do make a great team n can actually work on ghar ki shaanti 😆 he is overly optimistic n is always on positive side which makes people walk over him, take him casually, mish is impulsive but she is smart too wont let anyone pass by after hurting her or her loved ones... so both combined can make wonders atleast for themselves 😆 lets see when we will get to see both working together 😆

Yaar this is a norm of our show not only abir the expectation is always from mishbir only to handle everyone... no one even questions others but for even others mistake mishbir are questioned... now it has reduced to an extend.. still they need to stop over compensating for others n let them answer, handle their matters on own...

I do understand your point that story moved a bit today and AM got a substantive convo after many days so that was nice :)

I know his approach towards family is different, and I’m saying I’ve never agreed with it 😛...he spoilt the hell out of Kunal and has used this “let’s suppress things for family Shanti” funda before in Meenu’s case also. His token lectures to Kunal and Meenu never meant anything cuz they never learnt their lessons 🤷‍♀️....even now Kunal has suddenly been made extra nice to Mishti only for story convenience, without any proper addressing of his misbehavior with her for so long. Bas “bhai ke liye” bol le baat nipta Diya 🙄....

Abir ended up enabling Kunal for a very long time because bas thoda sa scold kar ke bhool jaate the. He’s now doing the same with Kuhu. Saying that she is childish so let her be, don’t react so that there is peace in the family. But at what cost, Abir?


Abir lost track of this when he became extra fixated on how Kuhu, Kunal would react rather than trying to make Mishti understand. No matter what, Mishti is his wife. He has to think about how she feels too rather than constantly pandering to spoilt brats or plotters like his Mom 🙄.

I also find all this ironically amusing because when he was trying to patch up with her after the break up, he kept saying that he makes wrong decisions when Mishti is not with him 😆....aur ab Mishti saath mein hai bhi toh he’s being dismissive of her POV and fixating on Kuhu? Lol

I know we need to wait till the next few epis to see how it all plays out. But I’m just pointing out how the writing flips daily and anyone’s POV becomes shallow overnight 🤷‍♀️😆....like yesterday Mishti was supposedly insecure of Kuhu 🙄 and in today’s epi, Abir was dismissive of both the gravity of what Kuhu did as well as Mishti by saying Mishti just likes to fight her way through everything.

This is why I remain skeptical of what Abir will do. If he pleasantly surprises me, I will give him full brownie points.

He needs to realize how vulnerable Mishti is too and she needs him more than his so called “bro”.

Yes, that I agree. He is too lenient with Kunal and brushes his mistakes under the rug. He is forgiving to a fault when it comes to Nanko. And now if it will be unfortunate if he does the same with Kuhu.

But I did see logic in his points yesterday about why it is not the right time to disclose and there are other ways to address Kuhu's childishness... I hope he asks the right kind of questions to Kuhu today. He needs to find out why she did what she did in the first place!

He needs to hold her accountable for her mistakes...

About him making mistakes without Mishti. Yeh toh pakka honewala hai abhi. You know I was thinking about this last night, at the end of the episode, Mishti said fine, I will not say anything and we will handle it your way. That statement has quite confirmed it for me that Abir is going to mess this up... they both need to be in this equally to tackle it, otherwise you are right, just Abir's approach of let's suppress issues for ghar ki shanti is not going to fly this time.
I do think he will be stern with Kuhu today, but will let it go eventually.

Then Kuhu will galti se do even bigger kaand, it will be too late to repair things by then and then Abir will be prompted to reevaluate the situation and consider Mishti's POV... I do see it going this way and I am sad because my happiness after watching the epi didn't last even a few hours 🤔

Also I fear all this boiling down to Abir finding out Meenu being the mastermind and Kuhu's mistakes being swept under the rug and everything becoming hunky-dory again.

But right now I don't want to think this far and become angry bird again 😆
