Non of the reality shows are real. They are all mostly scripted. Not sure if the votes that they ask if really used or not. But mostly everything seems scripted like WWF.

KKK is always pre-shot in July/August because that is the optimal time for the stunts and that is also when it used to air earlier. It would air before BB and then BB would air, so KKK was still somewhat "live" at that time.

The only thing that hasn't been shot now is the finale. While there are rumours about who has won, no one has confirmed it.

Shivin did make it to the top 4 along with Tanna, KP, and Balraj.

Reality shows that don't have audience voting are usually shot at least a week or so in advance so that changes can be made as per viewers' reactions. For example, I'm 100% sure that in MC6 this season they tried to whitewash the judges and Ondrilla after the backlash she received.

Reality shows that have voting are usually shot at the same time with maybe a day or two gap. Like BB usually shows what happened the previous day. So, for example, today's episode (if there was one) would show what happened yesterday (i.e., on Sunday). Thus, in those cases, for the finale, the contestants end up staying one extra day.

The journey part of Roadies start around a month or two after the auditions. I think the culling round happens a month after auditions n journey starts some 15 days after culling. Atleast this is what happened last season and in this season so far. The auditions happened in nov dec and they are airing now. And the journey is being shot right now. I think they started shooting 7-10 days ago in Rishikesh. Almost same with splitsvilla and masterchef 9, they shot and telecasted almost simultaneously, with just a few days gap.

As for voting shows like Indian Idol etc, they now have the voting for 6-7 hrs only and shoot for the weekend episodes during the week. Since these are all weekend shows and now a days social media is very active we get to know the winner a few episodes before the finale.

As for the live viting thing you asked, I dont remeber it happening now, but I remeber Indian Idol 1st had live voting and because of the ads in the telecasted episodes the winner was declared 30-40 minutes before it telecasted on the news channels. So basically those episodes are shot as they are telecasted.

coz I have read Balraj is also in top 4.But last Sunday I saw him getting eliminated !!!!
