Good she cleared it. If the comment has been taken out of context and restructured differently, then Film Companion should apologize for the same instead of just editing out the question from the article since we all react based on what we read in articles.

But I would still be keen to see the actual interview which I know Anupama has recorded with Rohit and see what he actually said. Pretty weird that they still haven't put up the video despite shooting it quite some time ago. They usually put interviews up within a day or two of shooting.

Because I do think he has a habit of looking at heroes and heroines differently. I remember he said in one of the interviews that he will not be able to do a film with many heroines because who will handle all the entourage and demands that comes with them but he is doing a Sooryavanshi with three leading actors who have an equally big entourage if not more and demands that a heroine would have.

Also I still wonder if he would say the same thing to Akshay or Ajay if they asked for a retake due to blinking. Knowing this industry, I don't think he would.

It's more about looking at heroes and heroines with different lenses than these small things which is prevalent in every film set. Not just Rohit Shetty. Even if tomorrow there's a female director and a male DOP, most of the crew will behave differently with the both of them despite the director having a bigger postion than the DOP.

@Green -- Personal preference. I would love the action movie with 3 heroines but it is at the end Director's choice to make one or not.

@bold -- Assumption. Can't be proven until it happens.
